Resource Property Management was founded in 1991 by Bob and Debbie Reinhardt. Since that time, Resource has earned the distinction of becoming a premier, Accredited Association Management Company representing over three hundred (300) individual condominium, homeowner, cooperative and manufactured home communities.

Resource Property Management currently employs over 60 licensed community association managers, many of whom have earned the designation(s) of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). Currently, we proudly boast six (6) Professional Community Association Managers (PCAMs) which represents the highest level of commitment and professional advancement available in the industry nationwide.

Education of our board members and community leaders is an integral part of our management philosophy. Areas of governance, business operations and building community are all addressed in board orientation meetings. Periodic educational seminars provide topical, specialized information by recognized industry experts for our clients.

Resource Property Management provides complimentary spacious meeting facilities at each of our four conveniently located offices. We also provide twenty-four (24) hour service for emergencies involving the common areas of your community.
