Resource Property Management is pleased to recommend properly licensed, insured, and qualified contractors, vendors, and suppliers to our association clients. All contracts and agreements for services are made directly between the association and the contractor, vendor or supplier.
While Resource Property Management has no affiliation with any contractor, vendor, or supplier, we do maintain a preferred vendor list for the benefit of our clients. Associations can rest assured that any vendor on our Preferred Vendor List has met the prerequisite requirements for consideration, has consistently provided competitive pricing and has a confirmed customer satisfaction rating with our clients.
Our prerequisite requirements for consideration are:
- W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification,
- A Copy of the Trade Name Registration from the State of Florida, and
- A Current Certificate of Insurance listing the Association as the Certificate Holder. Such Certificate of Insurance must evidence at a minimum, General Liability Insurance Coverage with a minimum limit of $500,000 and Worker’s Compensation Insurance Coverage.
The ultimate decision for selecting the contractor, vendor, or supplier will be made by the association. We are pleased and able to offer our guidance and assistance in the selection process. We strongly recommend utilizing a contractor, vendor, or supplier who meets the above outlined criteria.
The Preferred Vendor List is subject to change based on current job performance. We welcome the opportunity to add additional qualified contractors, vendors, and suppliers to the list.
