CAM – COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER – Resource Property Management employs over 70 licensed community association managers.
CMCA® – CERTIFIED MANAGER OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS – This international certification program certifies managers of cooperatives, homeowner, and condominium associations as having successfully demonstrated the knowledge, skills, and abilities to manage a community association. Resource Property Management employs dozens with a CMCA accreditation. The candidate must demonstrate knowledge in the following areas to name just a few:
- Governance and Legal Issues
- Budgets, Reserves, Investments, Assessments
- Risk Management and Insurance
- Property Maintenance
- Human Resources
- Ethics
AMS® – ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTS – This designation demonstrates a higher level of commitment to an association managers career. Resource Property Management employs dozens with this distinct accreditation. You must pass the CMCA exam before qualifying for the AMS designation. Learn more about an AMS designation HERE.
PCAM® – PROFESSIONAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER – Resource Property Management employs eight PCAM’s®. PCAM® is the highest nationwide professional recognition available to managers who specialize in community association management. Prerequisites for PCAM® can be found HERE.
AAMC –ACCREDITED ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT COMPANY – This accreditation demonstrates Resource Property Management’s commitment to provide staff with advanced training, skills, and experience necessary to perform above industry standards. Requirements for AAMC accreditation can be found HERE.
