Cindy is a graduate of Montclair State University where she obtained her BA in Psychology and has since been working in the field of Human Resources. Cindy has been with Resource since 1996. She obtained her Community Association Managers License in 1998. She went on to obtain her Certified Manager of Community Associations Designation (CMCA) in 2005, her Association Management Specialist Designation (AMS) in 2007 and earned the coveted Professional Community Association Manager Designation (PCAM) in 2013. Cindy earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation in 2014 and is proficient in areas of payroll services, Human Resource management, employee benefits and health insurance, employee assistance practices, payroll taxes and management, unemployment insurance claims administration, workers’ compensation insurance and employment practices liability insurance.
