Immediate full-time Administrative Assistant positions are available. Experience in Association Management preferred, but not required. Duties will include but are not limited to, assisting Portfolio Community Association Managers with various administrative tasks, answering phones, coordinating mailings, assisting homeowners, etc. Hours are 9am-5pm Monday – Friday with a one hour paid lunch, generous holidays & PTO. Good salary & benefits, including 401K Plan with company match. Must pass criminal background/DFWP.
