The 2025 CAMY Awards marked a meaningful evening for the Resource Property Management team — a night spent celebrating the work, the people, and the standards that define our approach to property management.
Held among industry peers from across the region, the event recognized excellence in leadership, service, and community management. Resource Property Management was honored to receive Management Company of the Year, an award that reflects the collective effort of our entire team and the trust placed in us by the communities we serve.
The night also included individual recognitions that highlighted the strength of leadership within the organization. Stephanie Phillips was named Manager of the Year, recognizing her professionalism, dedication, and consistent commitment to excellence. Samantha Wendling received Rising Star recognition, honoring her growth, initiative, and impact within the industry.
The evening was a reminder of the importance of teamwork, accountability, and pride in the work we do every day. We are grateful to the CAMY Awards for the recognition and appreciative of our clients and communities for their continued trust as we move forward together.
