Our services include financial management and reporting, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, covenant and rule enforcement, maintenance coordination, vendor management, project oversight, meeting management, owner communication, administrative support, records management, compliance guidance, and strategic planning. Every community is supported by an experienced management team backed by specialized accounting, administrative, and executive professionals.
Does RPM provide board certification classes?
Yes. RPM is committed to educating and empowering Board Members through board certification courses, continuing education seminars, legislative updates, and educational resources throughout the year. Our programs help board members
understand their fiduciary responsibilities, Florida statutory requirements, governance best practices, financial oversight, and effective decision-making so they can confidently serve their communities.

We assist with meeting preparation, agenda development, financial reporting, vendor oversight, budgeting, reserve planning, compliance guidance, strategic planning, and project coordination. Our Executive Team remains accessible to support managers and Boards alike, ensuring complex issues receive the attention and expertise they deserve. Our goal is to help Board Members lead with confidence while reducing the day-to-day administrative burden of managing their community.
Does RPM assist with vendor coordination and compliance?
Absolutely. RPM coordinates with qualified vendors for maintenance, repairs, landscaping, capital improvements, and other community services. We assist with obtaining proposals, coordinating work schedules, monitoring project progress, and
helping ensure vendors meet contractual and insurance requirements.
In addition, we provide guidance regarding association policies, governing documents, and applicable Florida statutes to help Boards maintain compliance while making informed operational decisions.
How does RPM support communities during emergencies and severe weather events?
RPM has established emergency response procedures to help communities prepare for, respond to, and recover from hurricanes, tropical storms, and other emergency situations. Before severe weather events, we work with Boards and vendors to assist with preparation efforts and communicate important information to residents.
Following an event, our teams coordinate damage assessments, emergency vendors, insurance documentation support, and recovery efforts while keeping Boards informed throughout the process. Our priority is helping communities restore normal operations as safely and efficiently as possible.
