Founded in 1991 by Bob and Debbie Reinhardt, Resource Property Management has grown into one of Florida’s premier community association management companies, serving more than 350 condominium, homeowner, and manufactured home communities representing approximately 49,000 units statewide.
As one of the few remaining family-owned and operated firms in the industry, RPM is built on a relationship-first philosophy that prioritizes communication, accountability, education, and personalized service.
