The Resource Property Management family is saddened by the passing of Patricia “Pat” Rath (September 1, 1941 – August 4, 2026) and is honored to celebrate her life and the lasting connection she and her family have had with RPM.
Pat was part of the RPM family for many years before retiring in September 2020. Over the course of her career with us, she held a number of positions and ultimately worked her way up to Vice President. Her dedication, experience, and many years of service made her an important part of RPM’s history.
What makes Pat’s story especially meaningful is the remarkable connection her family continues to have with RPM. Four generations of Pat’s family have worked for the company:
- Her daughter, Kelly Oalmann, is a Community Association Manager at one of our onsite properties.
- Her granddaughters, Kimberly Jensen, Assistant Controller, and Kaitlyn Morkus, District Manager, have both been valued members of the RPM team for many years.
- Kaitlyn’s daughter, Duniyah Morkus, Pat’s great-granddaughter, works in our Accounts Receivable Department.
Pat’s family connection to RPM extends even further. Her late son, Patrick, also worked for RPM as a Community Association Manager for several years.
Al and Cindy Freda recently had the privilege of attending Pat’s Celebration of Life and joining her family in remembering and honoring her. Seeing four generations of one family become part of the RPM story is something truly special and a wonderful reflection of the relationships that have helped shape our company over the years.
We are grateful for Pat’s many years with RPM and for the continued contributions of her family. Her legacy will remain a meaningful part of the RPM family for years to come.
